Everything became confused and unclear. Their parents were now missing. Antoni and Marie began to panic. "Antoni read a prayer," his sister raised in a Catholic home said. The phone rang.
"I know what happened," the squeaky, errie voice on the other end of the line said. "What? Where? Why?"
"Operator, can you trace the last call. It is an emergency!"
"We have to go to Madrid at once!" Madrid was a smoky, colorful city, full of outdoor markets, gypsies and fortune tellers, muggers, and mysteries. The children walked together down a dark, long dirt road to a group of small wooden buildings out in the country. A gypsy woman greeted them, "I have been waiting for you. Come inside, children, and seeeee...!" Cautiously they followed her into a small hut. Inside the room was dark, and they felt cold. The only light was from a lantern carried by the old hag.
There in the middle of the room in two side by side silver caskets laid Mother and Papa pale and dead. Marie screamed!!!!!

"Wake up, Marie! Wake up; what's wrong? Everything is alright." Her Mother, Papa, and Antoni came rushing into the loft.

Points To Ponder

--->Can we trust our dreams? Does God speak to us through dreams today? (Jeremiah 29:8 "Let not your prophets and your diviners, that be in the midst of you, deceive you, neither hearken to your dreams which YOU CAUSED to be dreamed.")

--->Are there real witches, psychics and gypsies living today? Are books and movies about wizards and the occult harmless fun? (Deuteronomy 18:10-12 Anyone that is an enchanter, a witch, or a wizard is an abomination unto the Lord.)
