Charombia was full of drug lords and coca farmers. Opium poppy was also grown in the rainforest. There was much money in this business. The smugglers had their own aircraft, speed boats, a submarine, and high tech communication systems. They sold their goods to Mexico, United States., Canada, and Europe. Magelcor and Isla del Rosa were the centers for exporting/smuggling out illegal drugs. The U.S. tried but could not completely eliminate the drug cartel. In fact some U. S. soldiers were helping the smugglers. And when one operation was destroyed another was started at a new location.
Many considered this business was good and not harmful.
Drug lord Alejandro Salazar said, “Drugs like automobiles don’t kill if used carefully.”
Drug lord Lukas Marmol said, “Opium makes you feel wonderful.”
Drug dealer Fernando Escola also called “Chacal” said, “Coca farmers have better houses, more money, a better life.”
Clarita Peres said, “Mulattoes(Black/White mix) and Blacks that grow or transport coca are more important.”
Fermina Vega expressing anger against the U.S. said, “North Americans are crazy; they criminalize drugs and kill themselves with tobacco and alcohol. Charombia doesn’t have a drug problem; the USA does.”
Another boat full of dogs, parrots, and monkeys departed from Isla del Rosa for a pet shop in
Florida. Inside the animals were bags of cocaine.
What a hopeless world!.
